Hi!
I used my private laptop for downloading and restarting the loggers. 
To what I have seen the time on my computer is 1 minute ahead for GMT. 
Each time I tried to dwonload a logger it showed the correct time. 
But since I did not know if it is the same or if it may differ,
I kept on writing the download and restart times accordingly to what my 
computer was showing. Hence, in the SEATRACK metadata file all the time
records might be with +1 minute accuracy to GMT.
